I began my creative journey upon graduating high school many years ago, where I attended the Memphis College of Art.  There I worked with many exceptional teachers including Ron Pekar, Veda Reed & Dolph Smith who helped hone my creativity & fondness of the arts.

The lessons I learned there carried me into a new canvas of life, starting a family & career and promising myself that I would return to my passion of art.

With my children grown, I began taking formal classes from well renowned Memphis Watercolor Artist, Fred Rawlinson.  Through his teaching techniques, I have developed a love for watercolor and  evolved into a pointillist painter of landscapes and abstracts.  Once again I am a student to learn and expand my passion for art.
