God provides designs more beautiful than our brains can imagine. I have this gourd that is over ten years old and has this awesome design embedded in the dried outer surface. Unbelievable!

These Kroger roses were on their way to the trash. They had been perfect for several days but the petals were starting to curl. I grabbed my sketchbook, marker and watercolors. Saved the memory!

Mushrooms popped up in my backyard! They had nice textures and shapes. I first drew from observation then I used imagination to change colors and even shapes.
