MGAL Workshop With JAN SITTS

Supply List:
· SUPPORTS – One sheet 300lb. cold press w.c. paper cut in ½. One stretched canvas (any size workable in the classroom). Bring extra if you are a fast painter!
· BLOTTER PAPER – heavyweight, unsized, 19”x24” 3 sheets (found in Daniel Smith catalog – Seattle, Wash.
· ART TISSUE – One pkg. WHITE ONLY! (found at art supply stores)
· FW ACRYLIC INKS - Several colors you desire (maybe one iridescent)
· GOLDEN LIQUID ACRYLIC PAINTS (1 fluid oz bottles) – Any colors or any acrylic paints if you already have them.
· ACRYLIC BRUSHES - One inch and two inch flats, and #7 and #8 rounds
· ACRYLIC MATTE MEDIUM, ACRYLIC GEL MEDIUM AND ACRYLIC GESSO – (8 oz. sizes)
· SKETCH BOOK/FELT TIP MARKER (about 8x10 size book) – Paper towels, scissors, plastic putty knife (1” wide)
· RUBBER GLOVES - 1 pkg white latex THIN…come in sm., med. & lg. The tight fitting kind.
· WATER CONTAINER AND 3 SMALL PLASTIC CONTAINERS WITH LIDS (Margarine containers work well for the small containers)
· PALETTE - (Paper, or you can use freezer paper (comes in roll – Walmart)
· LANDSCAPE PHOTO (if we have time to use it) - Also bring a photo of your most recent art work.
· TEXTURE TOOLS – Combs, rubbing alcohol, anything that makes texture.
